A decentralized supercomputer built out of gamers' idle GPU capacity, with a Web3 asset layer on top.

What it is

The product

GAIMIN turns gamers' unused processing power into a decentralized compute network, letting them passively monetize idle capacity while that capacity serves blockchain computation, AI workloads, rendering and more. It also gives players real ownership of in-game assets through NFTs, and acts as a launchpad for Web3-enabled games.

TheRaven's role

What we did

Full range of IT services — effectively the whole engineering organization: backend and frontend development, DevOps, QA, blockchain development, UI/UX design and animation, support, management roles, and an IT department covering security and certification.

Challenges

What made it hard

  • Multiple distinct web properties for different audiences (investor-facing, user-facing, event-based).
  • A desktop application alongside the web platforms.
  • Complex UI/UX logic, heavy animation work, and performance optimization across all of it.
  • Multi-blockchain integration across Ethereum, Solana, Polygon and BSC.

Results

What it achieved

  • 15k+ daily active users.
  • Production-ready in 4 months, architecture through delivery.
  • Supported a $20M+ raise.
  • ISO and SOC2 certification achieved, with TheRaven running the certification and audit work.
  • World's first interoperable cross-game utility NFT (NFTxg).

“They put the right people on the right problems, deliver against their commitments, and operate with a level of ownership that means I have never felt the need to manage them closely.”
